In the last few months Farmagain officials have been visiting several villages across Tamil Nadu to spread awareness on the ill effects of usage of highly toxic pesticides on their crops and the alternate methods that can ensure zero pesticide residues on their produces. Not only can they produce ‘safe to consume’ vegetables, they can also enjoy higher yields and better revenues.

The recent camps held in the neighbourhood of Tirunelveli, Palani, Madurai, Ooty and Udumalpet have attracted large farmer groups towards Farmagain ecosystem.

However it’s going to be an elaborate and time consuming exercise to get each group formally associate with our ecosystem as a whole lot of preparatory work need to be done at their farms along with series of trainings.

The Company is aiming at increasing the agronomists availability further in order to be able to cater to many more regions.
